Is it smart for the Lakers to get Kyrie?

News recently came out saying that both Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving want out of Brooklyn. For Kyrie two teams have already declined to take the NBA superstar, the Dallas Mavericks and the 76ers. Smart move for both teams considering they already have great PG's, Luca Doncic, and James Harden. If Kyrie were to go to any of these two teams they would have to adjust to the way he plays and learn how to play together.

However, there is another team that is interested in 6'2 MVP point guard. The LA Lakers, this is a great time for the Lakers to start looking for some new players. Yes, they have LeBron but he has no one to help him out. Anthony Davis is a great player but he was out with an injury last year and no one was there to assist LeBron. Russell Westbrook isn't any help, in fact he hurts the team more than he helps. In the case that LA wants to acquire Kyrie they would probably trade Russell Westbrook to the Nets.

Kevin Durant also has requested a trade out of Brooklyn, many think he might go to Toronto to join the Raptors because he tweeted this out. Some People on the internet have too much time on their hands.
